I'm Sorry...hope you can read this

A couple of weeks ago, my colleague, Ate Lani, told me how shocked she was to hear about her friend who was said to commit suicide that very day. At that point in time, I felt sad even if I don't really know who her friend was...the news wasn't even confirmed.

Just earlier, another colleague of mine, Melai, asked me if I have read Ate Lani's blog...what I was thinking was far different from what I read today. It was about this friend that she told me a couple of weeks ago who committed suicide. I never really asked her before if the story was true that's why it's just today that I was able to confirm.

I pity this guy, her friend. Though I wasn't able to meet him, I feel like I knew him so much...and as I read his writing I realized how helpless he was living in a world full of wickedness...he's just an innocent young man, battling against a battalion of what he called "blood-hungry" people, whose only armor is LOVE for PEACE, JUSTICE and FAITHFULNESS. His frustrations in the world led him to letting go of his own life...frustrations which are not even greedy, not evil..

I admit, there were many times when I come to think of the same things that he was thinking (not the suicide thingy...just the real situation of the world...the unfairness, the wickedness of the people)...the only thing that keeps me living is the faith that I have that everything has purpose...that somewhere, somehow, I'd realize every thing's worth...that I should let God rule over my weaknesses...that one day, everything will just be as good as heaven...

I know, at times I'm also one of those whom he hated...but I'll try never to be such anymore...God Bless....
