the politics

I usually don't wanna talk about politics especially Philippine politics...maybe because i believe i can never change a thing considering the worsening situation. But the truth is, like all the others, i've got my own view point as well that one way or the other i wanna share with people.

Lately, people has once again been triggered by the ZTE scam...rally here and there, chaotic senate hearing, frenzied press, etc. While a big number of people, political groups and even religious sects call for Her Excellency's resignation, i say, a safe number of more than half of the populace remains quiet about the issue and choose not to get involved...i'm one of those, hehe!

But if you were to ask me, i don't wanna count myself as one of those who want a new president. I've always been supportive of all the elected officials because i believe that somehow they have the capability to do the job. The only thing that i want for the moment is...everybody, forget about the greed. Admit it or not, at the back of your mind you all want "something". So, what makes you think you're any different from the president or the congressmen that you call evil? We all know this, corruption exists even from the lowest positions in the government.

The challenge for the president now, and even future leaders, is...if you can't kill the corruption that eats the entire Filipino nation, then let someone else do. But if you think you can, then do it well. It's all in your hands.
